About the role#
The Talent Acquisition Intern supports the Talent Acquisition Manager with daily recruiting tasks. This position is part of the ACE (Amsted Career Experience) Program. It provides hands-on experience and offers the opportunity to be considered for future part-time or full-time roles upon completion.
What you'll do#
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and support applicant tracking activities.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the UKG system.
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Support recruitment marketing, including social media content and employment branding.
- Build relationships with colleges and universities through campus recruiting.
- Plan and attend career fairs, hiring events, and other talent attraction initiatives.
- Coordinate and support global All About Greatness (AAG) employee engagement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or other relationship-building roles is preferred.
- Experience with UKG Recruiting or other applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Experience creating content with Canva or developing videos using Vyond is preferred.
