About the role#
Amsive is looking for a Social & Influencer Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will support the day-to-day operations of our social and influencer marketing programs. You will work across a portfolio of clients, helping to keep content, research, reporting, and community activity organized. This position is ideal for someone who is curious about how social media and influencer marketing work within an agency environment.
What you'll do#
- Support the scheduling and publishing of social content across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and X.
- Build, update, and maintain content calendars to keep internal teams aligned.
- Organize content assets, including captions, links, and approval notes.
- Monitor brand accounts for comments, mentions, and direct messages.
- Track audience feedback, recurring questions, and engagement opportunities.
- Conduct social listening and trend research to stay updated on cultural moments and platform developments.
- Compile social performance metrics for monthly reports and dashboards.
- Assist with influencer campaign execution, including creator research, outreach tracking, and campaign documentation.
- Draft internal notes, meeting recaps, and task updates in project management tools.
- Participate in team brainstorms and content reviews.
What you'll need#
- Status as a current student, recent graduate, or early-career professional interested in social media, marketing, or communications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Curiosity about social platforms, creators, and online communities.
- Clear communication skills with a proactive approach to asking questions and following up.
- Developing writing skills with an instinct for brand voice and grammar.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and shift priorities as needed.
- Familiarity with major social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Experience with tools such as Sprout Social, Asana, Google Workspace, or Canva is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York.
- Modality: Hybrid (1 day per week in the office).
- Schedule: Part-time, 20-25 hours per week.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship at $20.00 per hour.
