    About the role#

    Amico Affiliates is seeking a Student Project Coordinator Co-op for the Winter 2027 term. This position offers exposure to the full project lifecycle, from initial planning stages through to final close-out. You will work alongside project managers, site staff, and consultants to support the safe and efficient delivery of infrastructure projects.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with daily project documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
    • Maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, site instructions, and change orders.
    • Prepare meeting minutes, progress updates, and track project costs.
    • Review and track construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
    • Liaise with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep communication flowing.
    • Help track procurement and expedite material deliveries.
    • Organize project files and digital records.
    • Support project close-out by compiling as-built drawings and turnover documentation.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a post-secondary program for Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

    • Locations: Mississauga, ON and Oshawa, ON.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Term: Winter 2027.
    • Status: Paid, full-time position.
