About the role#
We are looking for a creative Marketing Intern to join our Austin team for Summer 2026. This is a hands-on position where you will help bring our brand to life across our national communities. You will lead a full audit of our resident and prospect-facing collateral and redesign materials to match our current visual standards and voice.
What you'll do#
- Conduct a comprehensive brand audit of all resident and prospect-facing materials.
- Redesign collateral to align with our brand guidelines, visual identity, and voice.
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including welcome packets and digital campaigns.
- Assist in a digital transformation initiative for our prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on various brand initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint.
- A strong eye for design and an instinct for clear, approachable communication.
- Ability to work as a self-starter who takes ownership and pays attention to details.

- This is a paid, full-time internship. We provide lunch on all in-office days and a laptop for the duration of the program.
