About the role#
Our Summer Internship Program provides hands-on experience in the insurance and surety industry. You will work directly with professionals in Insurance, Marketing, and Accounting/Finance. The program focuses on the construction specialty, allowing you to contribute to projects with real impact. You will also complete and present a Capstone Project to showcase your work.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members on active business projects.
- Gain a comprehensive view of the insurance brokerage industry.
- Explore core processes behind insurance, surety, and claims.
- Develop professional skills through mentorship and coaching.
- Research and present a final Capstone Project.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
- Rising junior or senior status is preferred.
- A minimum 3.3 GPA is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and write in a professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Curiosity regarding the insurance and surety sector.
- Experience taking initiative in school, work, or community settings.
- Comfort using technology and learning new tools.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 1, 2027 to July 31, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: Paid at $28 per hour.
