About the role#
The Administrative & Membership Intern supports daily office operations, membership services, and cross-departmental initiatives. This position is suited for an organized, tech-savvy individual who is comfortable communicating with professionals in a corporate environment.
What you'll do#
- Support daily office operations, including answering incoming calls, managing mail distribution, and maintaining supply inventories.
- Perform data entry and database clean-up projects to ensure accurate member records.
- Assist with membership inquiries and professional communications.
- Support event and publication fulfillment processes across various departments.
- Participate in internal process improvement initiatives and identify workflow efficiencies.
- Complete special projects and operational assignments as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program, preferably in business, finance, legal studies, communications, or technology.
- Strong comfort level with technology and digital tools, with familiarity in AI platforms and automation tools considered a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with a high level of dependability and accountability.
