About the role#

The Vendor Services Intern supports vendor management, service administration, and operational initiatives at AMAROK. This position involves working with internal teams and external service providers to ensure accurate record-keeping, timely service execution, and consistent vendor performance.

What you'll do#

• Prepare customer pricing proposals and cost estimates for chain-link fencing opportunities.
• Research, identify, and assist in onboarding qualified vendors in new, underserved, or specialized service markets.
• Maintain and update vegetation service records, including service dates, vendor information, and site documentation.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with completed work and approved pricing.
• Evaluate service documentation and site records to identify locations requiring vegetation maintenance or follow-up services.
• Utilize internal systems to manage site information, track service activity, and maintain operational records.
• Support special projects, reporting initiatives, and additional departmental activities.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college, university, or technical school program.
• Preferred majors include Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Finance.
• Ability to work at least 10 hours per week.
• Proficiency with computer systems, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and related technology.

• Compensation: $15.00 per hour.
