Marketing Intern, Corporate Events

About the role#

As a Marketing Intern focused on Corporate Events, you will support the planning, organization, and execution of company and customer events. You will collaborate across marketing, sales, and operations to source venues, manage logistics, and ensure projects remain on track from start to finish.

What you'll do#

• Source and request proposals from hotels, event venues, catering companies, transportation providers, and other vendors.
• Assist in vendor selection, negotiation, and contract coordination to ensure high-quality event experiences.
• Support project management of multiple concurrent events by tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage vendor communications before, during, and after events to ensure smooth execution and follow-up.
• Assist with on-site event coordination and post-event reporting, including metrics and vendor feedback.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Ability to work in-office 10-15 hours per week.
• Effective project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Monday.com, and Outlook.
