    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid instructional support position for the 2026-2027 school year, with a start term of Summer 2026. This role is based on-site in Aurora, Colorado.

    What you'll do#

    • Provide instructional support to teachers in the classroom.
    • Assist in the development and creation of instructional materials.
    • Conduct workshops and training sessions for educators.
    • Collaborate with educational staff to improve student outcomes.
    • Monitor and evaluate student progress to inform instructional decisions.

    What you'll need#

    • Previous experience in instructional support.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
    • Familiarity with student service programs.
    • Candidates from the following fields are encouraged to apply: Psychology, Public Health, Human Resources, Communications, Political Science, and Sociology.
