About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Behavior Technician position working within the school district to support exceptional student services. The role operates on a rolling basis for the 187-day school calendar.
What you'll do#
- Implement behavior interventions for students.
- Monitor and track student progress.
- Assist in the development of behavior plans.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interventions.
What you'll need#
- Experience working with children.
- Knowledge of behavioral techniques and strategies.
- Understanding of special education needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Relevant educational background in Psychology, Sociology, Health Administration, Public Health, or Nursing.
