    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid Behavior Technician position working within the school district to support exceptional student services. The role operates on a rolling basis for the 187-day school calendar.

    What you'll do#

    • Implement behavior interventions for students.
    • Monitor and track student progress.
    • Assist in the development of behavior plans.
    • Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student success.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interventions.

    What you'll need#

    • Experience working with children.
    • Knowledge of behavioral techniques and strategies.
    • Understanding of special education needs.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
    • Relevant educational background in Psychology, Sociology, Health Administration, Public Health, or Nursing.
