About the role#
Akelius Residential Property AB is seeking an intern for their property management team in Montreal. This internship is part of a rotating program where you will work alongside teams in property administration, operations, leasing, and resident services. All tasks are performed under supervision and aligned with the learning objectives of your academic program.
What you'll do#
- Update tenant files and data within Yardi.
- Assist with administrative tasks for leasing, parking, and storage spaces.
- Track work orders, repairs, and vendor activities.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections.
- Prepare reports and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree, certificate, or diploma program in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
- The internship must be a mandatory requirement for your academic program.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a team.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office.
