    About the role#

    This is a rolling, paid internship position based in Wilmington, Ohio. You will work on-site in a rotation schedule to gain experience across the Component Repair and Overhaul department and the Aircraft Parts department. This role provides an opportunity to explore various functions within the aviation industry.

    What you'll do#

    • Perform general maintenance tasks to support the component repair process.
    • Clean, paint, and sand aircraft parts in accordance with manuals and internal policies.
    • Manage aircraft parts and learn the associated accountability processes.
    • Support and collaborate with several key operational areas.

    What you'll need#

    • Must be a student referred from the Laurel Oaks Aviation Program.
    • Ability to effectively speak, read, and write in English.
    • Ability to wear a respirator and required safety gear for painting tasks.
    • Ability to work safely with cleaning agents.
    • Must pass a drug test.
