About the role#
This internship focuses on transforming internal communications into a structured, multi-channel engagement framework. You will help Segment Marketing improve the visibility and impact of market intelligence and customer insights across the organization. This position requires a commitment of part-time hours during the academic semester and full-time hours during the summer.
What you'll do#
- Conduct content audits and tagging of existing Segment Marketing materials.
- Support the development of templates for standardized communications, including alerts, digests, and briefs.
- Assist in formatting and structuring content for recurring newsletters.
- Track and report engagement metrics across email, Teams, and video channels.
- Provide video editing support for short-form internal insight content.
- Contribute to the improvement of communication architecture, content hierarchy, and distribution channels such as SharePoint and Teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Commerce, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to structure clear, concise insights.
- Ability to format content into structured, audience-friendly formats.
- Strong attention to detail regarding content organization, tagging, and formatting.
- A self-starter mindset with an interest in improving processes and communication models.
- Ability to work across teams to support cross-functional alignment.
Location & details#
- Location: Wilmington, Delaware.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, plus eligibility for paid holidays and medical benefits.
- Duration: 6 to 9 months.
