This internship provides data analytics support for initiatives across the Americas. You will work to identify and leverage advanced tools, including artificial intelligence and large language models, to streamline sales enablement, improve productivity, and drive revenue growth. This role is designed for students interested in applying analytics to real-world business challenges.
What you'll do#
- Analyze customer and market data to identify high-value prospects and uncover sales opportunities.
- Leverage AI, machine learning, and data analytics to enhance prospecting strategies and targeting accuracy.
- Develop data-driven insights to support decision-making across sales and marketing teams.
- Explore emerging AI and analytical tools to assess their potential applications within sales workflows.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and queries to monitor key performance metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable sales strategies.
- Utilize tools such as SQL, Python, R, and business intelligence platforms to develop analytics solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or junior at an accredited university.
- Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.
- Foundational knowledge of programming languages and data analysis tools.
- A desire to learn business automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Location & details#
- Location: On-site in Wilmington, Delaware.
- Term: Summer 2026 start, with a duration of at least 12 months.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer and part-time (10-20 hours per week) during the academic year.
- Compensation: $30.00–$32.00 per hour, with eligibility for paid holidays and medical benefits.
