About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship program for Summer 2027 based in Little Rock, Arkansas. You will work on-site and gain exposure to the financial services industry through hands-on experience and observation.
What you'll do#
- Complete various projects and miscellaneous tasks throughout the summer.
- Shadow employees in multiple roles across the organization.
- Work alongside the Credit, Lending, and Marketing departments.
- Collaborate with members of the Executive Leadership team.
- Travel daily to various branch locations as part of your regular duties.
What you'll need#
- You must provide your own transportation and housing for the duration of the program.
- We prefer candidates who are currently in their junior or senior year of college, or those who are graduating seniors.
- Coursework in Business or Ag Business is preferred, along with an interest in the financial services industry.
- Prior knowledge or experience with a rural lifestyle or an agriculture background is helpful.
