    About the role#

    AgHeritage Farm Credit Services is offering a full-time, paid internship program for Summer 2027. This position provides exposure to the financial services industry through hands-on projects and organizational shadowing.

    What you'll do#

    • Complete various projects and miscellaneous duties throughout the summer.
    • Shadow professionals across multiple areas of the organization.
    • Collaborate with the Credit, Lending, and Marketing departments, as well as members of the Executive Leadership team.
    • Travel daily to various branch locations as required by the role.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a junior or senior in college, or status as a graduating senior.
    • Coursework in Business or Ag Business with a demonstrated interest in financial services.
    • Reliable personal transportation and independent housing.
    • Knowledge or experience related to a rural lifestyle or an agriculture background is considered helpful.

    • Location: Little Rock, Arkansas.
    • Modality: On-site, full-time.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
