Creator Partnerships Intern

About the role#

This internship offers exposure to business development and creator partnerships within an early-stage technology startup. You will work cross-functionally with leadership in sales, creator strategy, and product to support the Agentio marketplace. This role is designed for students seeking hands-on experience in the creator economy and provides a pathway to full-time opportunities.

What you'll do#

• Build, support, and grow relationships with high-performing YouTube creators and talent managers.
• Conduct research on top YouTube creators and evaluate their fit for active brand campaigns.
• Manage a pipeline of creators and effectively communicate the Agentio value proposition to onboard them.
• Collaborate with the team on outreach strategy and creator relationship development.
• Stay current on creator trends, platform changes, and emerging voices on YouTube and other platforms.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior (graduating in 2025 or 2026) pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
• Availability to work 25–40 hours per week in-person.
• Strong interest in the YouTube creator space, digital marketing, startups, and AI.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• A self-motivated, curious, and detail-oriented mindset.
