About the role#
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our People and Culture team for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, remote position where you will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals on real-world HR tasks.
What you'll do#
- Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.
- Contribute to process improvement projects and HR documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university as an incoming freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior for Fall 2027.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel.
- Effective multitasking and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- A demonstration of integrity, maturity, dependability, and a positive attitude.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, work-from-home internship.
- The term runs from May 31, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
- Interns are expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday during business hours.
- The pay rate is $21.00 per hour.
- Remote work is only approved for residents of the following states: AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, WY.
