About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Behavior Analysis Practicum for students currently enrolled in an accredited master's program. You will work in a center-based setting providing early intervention therapy to children ages 18 months to 13 years old. This role is designed to support your path toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
What you'll do#
- Provide direct early intervention therapy in a center-based environment.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data for each child.
- Develop clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with your BCBA and the broader clinical team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Prepare to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited master's program related to the field.
- Completion of at least 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
- Ability to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of your start date.
