About the role#
Acrisure is seeking a Change Management Intern to support our Transformation team. You will work alongside experienced professionals to help with communications, stakeholder engagement, and change impact assessments for business and technology initiatives. This role is for a curious, resilient individual who wants hands-on experience in enterprise transformation. You will help bring structure to ambiguous projects, ask thoughtful questions, and shape practical plans as priorities evolve.
What you'll do#
- Assist with developing and maintaining change management plans, communication plans, stakeholder lists, and project trackers.
- Conduct research and organize information to turn incomplete inputs into clear, useful materials.
- Coordinate meetings, capture notes, track action items, and follow up with team members.
- Draft and edit communications including emails, FAQs, presentations, and leader talking points.
- Support town halls, listening sessions, and other engagement activities.
- Organize stakeholder feedback to summarize common themes and recommend solutions.
- Create and review job aids, quick-reference guides, and learning materials.
- Coordinate training sessions, office hours, and post-launch support activities.
- Support change impact assessments and maintain dashboards or status reports.
- Assist with surveys and feedback collection.
- Collaborate with partners across transformation, communications, learning, and business teams.
- Explore responsible uses of AI and digital tools to improve productivity.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, communications, human resources, organizational development, psychology, marketing, or information systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines while remaining organized and dependable.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience or interest in change management, employee engagement, learning, or project management.
- Ability to work in an evolving environment where priorities may shift.
- Comfort collaborating with others and incorporating feedback.
- Prior internship, campus leadership, volunteer, or work experience is strongly desired.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is based on-site in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
- This is a rolling term position.
