About the role#
We are looking for student team members to join our retail team. This part-time position focuses on helping neighbors in the community with their hardware projects. We provide training from day one, so previous experience is helpful but not required.
What you'll do#
- Welcome customers as they arrive.
- Help customers find the items they need to finish their projects.
- Assist with tasks throughout the store during your shift.
What you'll need#
- An outgoing, friendly, and helpful personality.
- The ability to lift 25 to 30 lbs.
- Availability to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays.

- Location: Hayneville, Alabama.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, flexible scheduling with shifts posted two weeks in advance.
