About the role#
Property taxes are a difficult topic to make interesting. Your job is to make them worth watching. What you'll do#
- Write and shoot skits, including characters, recurring bits, and street interviews.
- Create edits using AI video, image, and voice tools, and turn podcast episodes and team moments into clips.
- Identify trends early and apply our spin on them the day they break.
- Post daily, 3 to 4 times a day, on TikTok and Instagram.
- Run campaigns that encourage Gen Z to involve their parents.
- Analyze performance data to cut what flops and double down on what hits.
What you'll need#
- Currently in Austin or willing to relocate.
- Experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, or Reels.
- Availability for Fall 2026 or Winter 2027.
- A deep familiarity with online trends before they peak.
- A sense of humor, with examples of past posts to prove it.
- Strong taste and a distaste for standard corporate brand content.
Location & details#

- Modality: On-site, 5 days a week.
- Term: Fall 2026 or Winter 2027.
