About the role#
As an Order Execution Intern, you will gain practical experience by supporting our operations and working on various projects. You will report to the Order Execution Manager and assist in the daily flow of orders from receipt to fulfillment. This is a full-time, paid, rolling internship.
What you'll do#
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries and supporting orders.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure orders are executed accurately and on time.
- Monitor order status, provide updates, and address issues to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Support demand, inventory, and fulfillment planning to meet business objectives.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that boost service levels and operational efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field at an accredited U.S. institution.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now and in the future.
- Ability to use critical thinking to analyze complex situations and develop solutions.
- Capability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality.
- Strong collaboration skills to share information and provide project updates.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
Location & details#
- Location: New Berlin, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $20 to $34 per hour, based on qualifications, graduation year, and experience.
- Note: No relocation assistance or stipend is provided. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the office and manage their own commuting arrangements.
