About the role#
As a Global Customer Support Intern, you will gain practical experience by supporting ABB operations in Fort Smith. You will work under the direction of the Sales Support Supervisor to assist with projects, document processes, and analyze data. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Identify solutions for clients by matching customer needs with company offerings.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Seek regular feedback from your manager and team to improve your skills.
- Develop and standardize operating procedures for sales support processes.
- Create and maintain Power BI reports to track performance metrics and support data-driven decisions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Ability to think critically to analyze complex situations and develop solutions.
- Skill in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Strong communication skills to share information and provide project updates.

- Location: Fort Smith, Arkansas.
- Work Modality: On-site or hybrid.
- Compensation: $20 to $34 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
