About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to learn about finance and real estate, specifically regarding residential construction. You will work on tasks based on the immediate needs of the team. High performance may lead to opportunities to focus on specific areas of interest. The goal of this program is to determine if you are a long-term fit for the company.
What you'll do#
Your daily responsibilities will vary but may include:
- Property and borrower underwriting
- Conducting market research
- Assisting with valuation and closing processes
- Supporting information technology systems
- Preparing financial reports
What you'll need#
