About the role#
1Password is looking for a Product Management Intern to join the End User Experience team for the Winter 2027 term. This role focuses on the daily activities of users across our B2C and B2B offerings, including the Family Organizer role. You will gain hands-on experience by working alongside development and design teams to deliver solutions that provide customer and business value.
What you'll do#
- Build customer empathy through interviews, research, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with development and design counterparts to scope and deliver features.
- Gather evidence regarding problems within the customer base and market.
- Represent the Product Management team in agile ceremonies and meetings.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competition.
- Use and help improve our internal processes and tooling, with a specific focus on AI integration.
What you'll need#
- Confidence to take on new challenges and see them through.
- Humility and a willingness to ask questions or make mistakes to learn.
- Curiosity to find better ways of doing things.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience writing and refining detailed requirements is preferred.
- Understanding of general technologies, coding tools, and AI leverage is preferred.
- Exposure to Pragmatic Marketing or other product management frameworks is preferred.
- Personal experience using 1Password or other password managers is preferred.

- This is a full-time, paid remote internship.
- The term runs for 4 months, from January to April 2027.
- This position is open to candidates located in the United States and Canada.
