About the role#

As a Digital Intern at Zeno Group, you will support the digital team across various client programs, helping bring communication strategies to life. You will work alongside experienced strategists, creators, and account teams to gain hands-on experience in social media, community management, and content development. This role is designed for individuals eager to build practical agency experience and develop skills in digital communications.

What you'll do#

• Support community management across social media platforms by monitoring conversations and engaging with audiences to maintain brand voice.
• Assist with content development, social media publishing, and day-to-day digital communications activities.
• Monitor social media, digital culture, and emerging platform trends to identify relevant opportunities and insights.
• Partner with account teams and digital specialists to support project coordination and the execution of client work.
• Build knowledge of digital communications and community management while learning from team members.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, marketing, public health, psychology, journalism, digital media, or a related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills with an interest in creating engaging digital content.
• Curiosity about social media trends, online communities, and digital culture.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
