About the role#

Zeno Group is seeking a full-time intern to join the Digital team. This role focuses on digital communications and social media, with a primary emphasis on community management. This is a paid, on-site position based in Chicago.

What you'll do#

• Engage in community management for clients.
• Monitor and stay current with the evolving landscape of social media and marketing by following leading industry news sources.
• Commit to exceeding client, industry, and personal expectations.
• Proactively manage tasks and contribute to team objectives.

What you'll need#

• Experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative, results-driven spirit with the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Educational background in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or Media Studies.
