The AI Builder Fellowship is a one-year, full-time program designed for early-career builders to work within product and engineering pods. Fellows are expected to ship production code and contribute to core software products, including agentic workflows and ML-driven quoting models. This role is intended for individuals who prioritize building and shipping over formal credentials.
What you'll do#
- Participate in product and engineering pods to deliver software solutions.
- Ship agentic workflows and develop ML quoting models.
- Create vision-based quality tools for use in production environments.
- Execute projects specifically for aerospace, defense, and medical clients.
What you'll need#
- 1–3+ years of professional experience.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Proficiency in using AI-assisted coding tools to iterate at high velocity.
- Demonstrated ability to build and demo projects end-to-end.
- Academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship requirements.
