The AI Builder Fellowship is a one-year, full-time program designed for builders to work directly within product and engineering pods. You will be part of a founding cohort of 5–8 individuals focused on transforming custom manufacturing through AI-first software. This role offers the potential for conversion to a permanent position.
What you'll do#
- Ship agentic workflows for real-world applications.
- Develop ML quoting models.
- Create vision-based quality tools for aerospace, defense, and medical clients.
- Work embedded in product and engineering pods to ship production code weekly.
- Demonstrate end-to-end projects you have built.
What you'll need#
- 1–3+ years of professional experience.
- A portfolio of real projects built and deployed using AI.
- Working knowledge of Python and/or modern scripting environments.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools to iterate at high velocity.
- U.S. work authorization (sponsorship is not provided).
- Relevant background in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
