Lodging Intern- World Equestrian Center

About the role#

This internship offers hands-on experience in hotel operations at the World Equestrian Center. You will gain exposure to daily operations, guest service standards, and hospitality best practices by working across departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Banquet Sales. You will work closely with the leadership team and department managers to support the property's daily functions.

What you'll do#

• Complete tasks assigned by supervisors and management.
• Execute projects as requested by department leadership.
• Assist various departments with daily needs and operational duties.
• Collaborate with team members to perform essential daily tasks.

What you'll need#

• Ability to follow both written and oral instructions.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Reliable attendance.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, as well as reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
