Pharmacy Graduate Intern

About the role#

The Pharmacy Graduate Intern role is a transitional position for recent pharmacy school graduates working toward full licensure. Under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will support both clinical and operational pharmacy functions while developing the professional skills necessary for a career as a pharmacist.

What you'll do#

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, resolving issues professionally, and supporting daily pharmacy operations.
• Perform technician-level tasks, including data entry, prescription processing, and inventory management.
• Support clinical services such as immunizations, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), medication synchronization, and patient outreach for wellness initiatives, where permitted by law.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and removing expired medications.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and corporate policies.

What you'll need#

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must hold and maintain an active Pharmacy Intern License in good standing with the state Board of Pharmacy, where applicable.
• Eligibility to work as a graduate intern as defined by the state Board of Pharmacy.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, business periodicals, and governmental regulations.
• Ability to pass a drug test.

• This is a remote, full-time, paid position.
• The role operates on a rolling basis.
