    About the role#

    Webasto Group is seeking a DS (IT) User Support Intern for the Summer 2026 term. This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship based in Plymouth, Michigan. The role focuses on providing technical assistance and supporting IT infrastructure operations.

    What you'll do#

    • Provide user support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
    • Assist with the setup and installation of hardware and software.
    • Document and track support tickets within the system.
    • Help maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and software assets.
    • Contribute to team meetings and project discussions.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
    • Strong communication skills to assist users effectively.
    • Familiarity with IT support concepts and troubleshooting methods for software issues.
    • Basic understanding of hardware components and software applications.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
