About the role#
This is a 3-term co-op opportunity for current college students enrolled in a program that provides academic credit for alternating co-op terms. You will function as a member of an agile development team, contributing to the design, development, and testing of features on our healthcare payments platform. You will have the opportunity to push code into production throughout your term.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, and test new features and platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with peers, Team Leads, Managers, Directors, and the VP of Engineering.
- Build web-scale products within an agile environment featuring weekly sprints.
- Deploy code directly into production environments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Data Science.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Foundational understanding of programming concepts.
- Ability to code in one or more general-purpose programming languages (C# and .NET are preferred).
- Experience working with SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with infrastructure components like servers, networking, load balancers, and MQ is preferred.
