Performance Enablement Intern

About the role#

As a Performance Enablement Intern, you will join the People Experience Center of Excellence. This role provides an opportunity to support global talent management and performance programs, helping to shape how the workforce collaborates and grows. You will work on operational talent management tasks and assist in the execution of global performance initiatives.

What you'll do#

• Support the logistics, rollout, and execution of the bi-annual global performance review process.
• Train and enable global stakeholder groups on navigating and leveraging HRIS tools.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships with People Systems, Communications, and Business Partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Update, maintain, and streamline internal resource frameworks and process documentation.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a closely related field.
• Strong foundational project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset with a desire to learn the operational intricacies of corporate talent management.
• Familiarity with or prior experience using HRIS tools or talent management platforms is preferred.
