About the role#
We are looking for a proactive and trend-obsessed Social Media Marketing Intern to join our Brooklyn-based team for the Fall 2026 term. You will support our brand through content creation, influencer campaigns, trend spotting, and community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable appearing on camera for social media content.
What you'll do#
- Ideate, film, edit, and star in engaging TikTok and Instagram content.
- Integrate viral trends into our social media strategy.
- Proactively engage with creators, influencers, and our brand community across all platforms.
- Monitor tagged content, mentions, and organic chatter to identify opportunities for connection.
- Support community management by replying to DMs and comments.
- Maintain detailed trackers for influencer outreach, content calendars, gifting schedules, and campaign timelines.
- Identify emerging creators who align with the TONYMOLY brand.
- Assist with in-person brand events, pop-ups, and activations.
- Track influencer deliverables and compile performance reports.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in college (junior or senior preferred) or a recent graduate.
- Strong editing skills using platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, CapCut, and Canva.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and curious nature.
- Experience with Google Sheets and Dropbox is a plus.
- A strong interest in skincare, beauty trends, and pop culture.
- Majors in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Business Administration are preferred.
