BizOps & Strategic Finance Intern

About the role#

The BizOps & Strategic Finance team manages financial planning, operational efficiency, and growth strategy. This internship provides direct exposure to senior leadership and involves working on critical financial and operational initiatives. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time Analyst role upon completion of the program.

What you'll do#

• Support the development of executive-ready materials for Board, investor, and leadership presentations in PowerPoint.
• Assist in building and maintaining financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning in Excel.
• Conduct structured analyses to support decision-making across operations, growth, and product initiatives.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to recurring business reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Data, and GTM, to gather inputs and synthesize insights.
• Support ad hoc analyses and special projects tied to strategic priorities.
• Improve processes, templates, and outputs to drive efficiency.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, or similar fields.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to build dynamic financial models.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create structured and polished presentations.
• Comfort working with and organizing large datasets.
• Ability to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
