The Market Research Intern will support commercial strategy development by gathering and analyzing market research and competitive intelligence. Reporting to the Strategy & GTM team, this role involves collaboration with Sales leadership and exposure to senior management. You will take on direct responsibility for field research and the creation of executive-level materials.
What you'll do#
- Conduct comprehensive market research through data analysis and on-the-ground site visits.
- Develop executive-ready materials and presentations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Partner Success, and Operations, to synthesize insights.
- Support ad hoc analyses and special projects aligned with strategic priorities.
- Receive direct coaching and support from tenured Strategy & GTM professionals.
What you'll need#
- 0-1 years of experience in real estate, client services, consulting, or similar fields.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to create structure when addressing ambiguous business challenges.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills with a willingness to learn new tasks.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-priority environment.
- Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint is preferred, as is exposure to commercial multifamily real estate, proptech, or insurance.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or Economics.

- Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour.
