About the role#
The NRP Group is offering a paid, full-time summer internship for students interested in the multi-family housing industry. This 10-week program provides hands-on experience working alongside construction leaders, offering exposure to the full project lifecycle from conception to completion.
What you'll do#
- Oversee construction sites as a field engineer or work in-office as an estimating intern.
- Participate in the pre-construction process.
- Engage in professional development sessions and Lunch & Learn events with various departments.
- Network with team members and senior leadership through organized activities.
- Contribute to community volunteer opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, or a relevant construction field.
- Degree to be conferred by June 2029.
- Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for the full 10-week duration: May 31 – August 6, 2027.
- Please note that work visa sponsorship is not available for this program.
