Technology Analyst [2027 EDGE Program]

About the role#

The Technology Analyst role is part of the 18-month EDGE Program, an rotational development initiative starting in Summer 2027. This program is designed for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience across various technology teams, including Application Development, Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Data Engineering. Participants engage in structured rotations, technical training, and mentorship to build a foundation for a career in financial services technology.

What you'll do#

• Analyze business and technology requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and implement technology solutions.
• Support application, infrastructure, and cloud-based platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and user experiences.
• Assist with coding, automation, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support production environments.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
• Major in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Mathematics, Business & Technology Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA.
• Authorized to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
• Preference for candidates with prior internship, project, or leadership experience.
