Product Management Intern

About the role#

The Product Management Intern role is a 10-week summer program designed to provide hands-on experience within the Core Clearance & Settlement services. Interns work alongside Product Owners, Product Managers, and Agile delivery teams to support initiatives that strengthen market infrastructure and enhance the client experience. This position offers exposure to senior leadership, mentorship, and professional development workshops.

What you'll do#

• Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams to support product initiatives and business objectives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, backlog refinement sessions, and sprint activities.
• Assist with user story creation, backlog management, and documentation.
• Support project planning, execution, and stakeholder communications.
• Analyze sprint metrics and project data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of product enhancements.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business & Technology Management, or a related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2.
• Authorized to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
• Strong interest in financial services, product management, and technology.
• Experience with Excel, reporting tools, or data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Location: Tampa, Florida, United States.
• Term: Summer 2027.
• Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
• Status: Full-time, paid internship.
