About the role#
The MOB Linder Research Admin Intern supports the wellness division by assisting professional personnel with research tasks and clerical duties. This role involves working under supervision to help with patient care support and data management within a hospital environment.
What you'll do#
- Review medical records to collect data for research purposes.
- Perform measurements from image data as needed.
- Enter data into computer systems, including MS Access support for wellness programs.
- Draft publication documents and assist with poster design.
- Provide clerical support for the wellness division, including filing and copying.
- Orient patients and families to the hospital environment and available services.
- Complete required training modules, such as CITI training, for delegated research tasks.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational or technical education is preferred).
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Ability to follow written or verbal instructions effectively.
- Willingness to work under close supervision.
- Strong math skills and deductive reasoning.
- Completion of department orientation and provided training.
- Ability to maintain patient information confidentiality.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position.
