The Programme Coordination & Stakeholder Intern serves as the connective tissue for the Operational Excellence (OPEX) function. This full-time, remote internship focuses on managing the relationships, rhythms, and communications that drive the operational agenda. You will be responsible for ensuring that organizational processes run smoothly, meeting objectives are met, and action items are tracked to completion.
What you'll do#
- Prepare pre-session materials for business reviews and grants portfolio reviews.
- Create structured minutes for meetings, detailing what was discussed, decisions made, and assigned action items.
- Maintain the OPEX team's operating calendar and ensure compliance for all governance meetings.
- Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Manage the team's shared inbox and Slack channels to facilitate efficient communication.
- Coordinate across senior stakeholder calendars to manage scheduling and alignment.
What you'll need#
- Currently completing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Project Management, International Relations, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating events, managing schedules, or supporting senior stakeholders in a professional setting.
- Exceptional writing skills, specifically for producing professional meeting minutes and clear communications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- A track record of high organization, follow-through, and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, and video conferencing platforms.

- This is a remote, full-time, paid internship.
- Hiring is conducted on a rolling basis.
