The Manufacturing Engineer Co-op supports new product introductions and contributes to global manufacturing operations. This role focuses on maintaining high quality standards across production builds through hands-on, onsite participation in manufacturing activities.
What you'll do#
- Support new product introductions and process upgrades.
- Contribute to global manufacturing operations and quality optimization.
- Investigate manufacturing failures and product defects in a production environment.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
- Document processes, data, and findings accurately.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Familiarity with failure analysis concepts, root cause analysis, and basic manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency with technical tools such as Excel and CAD software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to document findings and processes clearly.
