Manufacturing Engineer Co-op

About the role#

The Manufacturing Engineer Co-op supports new product introductions and contributes to global manufacturing operations. This role focuses on maintaining high quality standards across production builds through hands-on, onsite participation in manufacturing activities.

What you'll do#

• Support new product introductions and process upgrades.
• Contribute to global manufacturing operations and quality optimization.
• Investigate manufacturing failures and product defects in a production environment.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
• Document processes, data, and findings accurately.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Familiarity with failure analysis concepts, root cause analysis, and basic manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency with technical tools such as Excel and CAD software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to document findings and processes clearly.
