Sales Intern, Colorado State Ticket Sales and Service

About the role#

This internship supports the Colorado State University Athletics ticket sales department in Fort Collins, Colorado. You will work alongside full-time staff to drive revenue and enhance fan experiences for sporting events, including football and basketball. This is a paid, on-site position with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule that includes occasional weekend and game-day requirements.

What you'll do#

• Learn and execute professional sales processes.
• Conduct outbound calls to single-game buyers, group buyers, and season ticket members.
• Research and generate new group sales leads throughout the Fort Collins and Denver areas.
• Maintain organized profiles for ticket holders and prospective clients.
• Provide support for group ticket holder services and assist the sales staff with clerical duties.
• Gain practical experience in sales and marketing strategies.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate program (at least one year of advanced education completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology.
• A strong interest in the sports industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to present yourself professionally.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
