About the role#
This opportunity is designed for individuals who have previously completed a student placement at TC Energy and are graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree between now and May 2027. This program builds a pool of candidates for potential future roles that offer broad exposure to company operations. Selected graduates will gain hands-on experience, develop core professional competencies, and build relationships through mentorship and collaboration.

What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Status as a recent graduate from the class of 2026 or 2027.
- Previous work experience at TC Energy as a student.
- Demonstrated safety mindset in both professional and personal settings.
- Ability to exhibit and incorporate TC Energy corporate values into work activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and manage time.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without restrictions.
