About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity for students interested in Electrical or Computer Engineering to gain hands-on experience at the SurePoint Innovation Center. Interns will work directly with senior team members to support engineering goals and contribute to the success of ongoing projects. This position is a paid, full-time commitment spanning the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Support senior team members with engineering tasks including potential PCB layout and design.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Learn the internal software, system processes, products, and services of the organization.
- Evaluate technical situations, determine potential solutions, and implement the best course of action.
- Communicate effectively with team members through various channels.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Demonstrated software design experience or relevant classwork.
- Completed coursework or prior experience with programming languages (experience with C is helpful but not required).
- Exceptional communication and writing skills for interacting with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to gain knowledge through experiential learning and work as a self-starter.
