STV is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This full-time, paid position offers students the opportunity to contribute to infrastructure projects while working alongside experienced engineering teams.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design of civil engineering projects from conceptualization through to completion.
- Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to integrate project elements.
- Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to resolve project-related issues.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to inform design decisions.
- Prepare technical reports, project narratives, and development applications.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Civil Engineering at an ABET-accredited university or NCEES equivalent.
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction management industry.
- Proficiency in software such as MicroStation, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or Open Roads Designer.

- Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (requires at least 3 days per week in the office).
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Commitment: Full-time.
