As a Student Operations Manager for the Los Angeles area, you will take ownership of campus logistics rather than shadowing others. This role is designed for students who want to lead teams, make real-time decisions, and manage the move-out and move-in process. You will receive virtual training starting in March, followed by on-campus leadership responsibilities during the end of the spring semester and the fall return. This is a commission-based, part-time position.
What you'll do#
- Lead and manage student mover teams.
- Own daily operations during move-out and move-in periods.
- Drive moving trucks and coordinate logistics.
- Manage inventory through our online system.
- Organize orders within storage facilities.
- Coordinate with professional moving partners and regional staff.
- Represent the company on campus and assist with outreach.
- Adapt quickly to changing plans and operational challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college student, ideally in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Logistics.
- A desire for real responsibility and practical leadership experience.
- Natural leadership skills to set the pace for your team.
- Ability to communicate clearly and remain calm in busy environments.
- Comfort working in hands-on, active settings.
- Previous experience leading student teams or managing operations is preferred.

- Location: Los Angeles, California.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: Commission-based pay for items picked up and delivered, plus a $200 training bonus, intern referral bonuses, and customer referral bonuses. All tips are paid directly to managers and movers.
