As a Student Operations Manager, you will take ownership of campus operations during the 2026 move-out and move-in seasons. This role is designed for students who want to lead teams, manage logistics, and make real-time decisions. You will receive training and mentorship to prepare you to manage daily operations and coordinate with professional moving partners.
What you'll do#
- Lead and manage student mover teams.
- Own daily operations during campus move-out and move-in periods.
- Work directly with fellow students as your customers.
- Drive moving trucks and coordinate logistics.
- Load, unload, and organize student belongings.
- Manage inventory through the company online system and organize orders within storage facilities.
- Coordinate with professional moving partners and regional staff.
- Represent the company on campus and assist with outreach.
- Adapt quickly to changing plans and resolve operational issues.
What you'll need#
- Must be a currently enrolled college student.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to set the pace for a team.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and adapt quickly when plans change.
- Experience in managing or leading teams is preferred.

- Location: Boca Raton, FL.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid, commission-based role. Additional compensation includes a $200 training bonus, a $50 intern referral bonus, and a $25 customer referral bonus. All tips are paid directly to managers and movers.
- Employment Type: Part-time.
