The Division of Information Technology at Stevens Institute of Technology is seeking a reliable graduate student to support campus IT initiatives. This is a part-time, hourly position for currently enrolled graduate students.
What you'll do#
- Assist Teaching Assistants with the use of the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
- Perform technical tasks including mapping network drives and installing software.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Escalate complex problems to the User Support Staff when necessary.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment as a graduate student at Stevens.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency with both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to self-organize and solve problems.
- Experience with Solidworks and service desks is considered a plus.
